President: The President of the E-Fed is largely considered an in-game official ranking. The president is an executive officer that oversees the operations of the e-fed and is the chief officer with regards to the roster. The president doesn't normally involve themselves with the event bookings but they have booking powers.

Initial Problems with Presidency

The first incarnation of President was the CWF President held by Supersinc. The e-fed head/owner of CWF emailed Supersinc as one of his selected officials to help run the e-fed an attract more players. Supersinc was given a choice to be President or Commissioner and he choose to be President. However, Supersinc played as "President" in the gameplay more so than actually acting like an official. Him and a few other officials started doing this and from that day onward there was issues because nobody knew the real hierarchy of the e-fed official structure.

As President, Supersinc wasn't an effective official but he attracted players and friends that knew him from UT.net. Eventually, the actual owner of the e-fed wanted to strengthen and actually make a real official system. So the concept of in-game and out-of-game officials was created to separate/check and balance the actual duties the officials had and what was played on the message board. Thinking back- it was a big mistake to allow Supersinc the highest perceived official in-game rank when he was really #3 on the actual official hierarchy. Later after the firing of the first set of officials- Supersinc carried his Presidency to CCW which he performed poorly and eventually was shun not only by CWE players but his own players on CCW. Supersinc receded into obscurity.

When the breakup of officials happened, the Presidency was abolished and was replaced with CEO and Chairman positions.

Afterlife for The Presidency

Roughly 3 years after the Presidency was abolished, the Presidency came back in the form of an in-game character: Richard Arcane. And the vice-presidency was also brought back in the form of the in-game character: Amile Bubilefark. The purpose was to expand the environment and produce more stories to work with for the "powers that be" stories. Even though Richard Arcane was President he didn't do anything to the roster or held any powers. The same went for Amile Bubilefark with exception to bossing people around with her sour attitude. For the most part this was just an in-game story and not an actual official in-game rank.

It wasn't until years later when the CEO/Chairman: Richard Arcane was put on the shelf in favor of focusing on other characters that the Presidency would finally return.

When Richard Arcane was absent, the CEO/Chairmanship was separated again but the Chairmanship stayed. Moebius became CW Chairman and then later once Richard returned, he became CW President. This change was made in reflection to the actual out-of-game structure of having two admins. Both of the Admins held the highest in-game rankings.

The CW President of today has the same powers as the Chairman: a dual-administration. So the President has the ability to override any District Promoter, make matches, control the titles and so forth.
