Hollywood Hoogan is the leader of his own group called the NFO or... New Food Order. When Hoogan was asked to explain the name, all he could say is that it's a group ready to serve you a plate of kick ass with a side of ass. For some reason, Hoogan thinks that he is a wrestler and tries to emulate the real wrestler Hulk Hogan. Hoogan is a complete idiot who cannot wrestle and his old age makes him forgetful, hard press for hearing and his muscles, or lack of, are soggy and weak.

Even despite all of this- Hoogan's blissful attitude and actions in the ring makes good comedy and if you're not careful- he could run away with a win in his own mind! Hollywood Hoogan is also surrounded by equally retarded wrestlers such as his best buds: Cevin Dash and good ole Scotty Halls!!
