Markus is Kizmat's lost child which was born from the womb of Queen Lilith in Neo-Earth. The child was originally inside of one of Kizmat's whores and it was forcefully implanted inside of Lilith in an epic battle inside of the Dreamscape (known as The Crystal Saga).
After the Evil Queen Lilith was unsuccessful in obtaining the Crystals of Legend to become an almighty being- her Phantomfield immediately collapsed when she was presumed killed and turned into ashes.
However, F'ein Dacor saved Lilith by using his own blood and the powers of the Shadowverse to resurrect the Queen. F'ein placed the dying fetus (that was taken from one of Kizmat's whores before Lilith was defeated) inside of Lilith as she re-formed from the ashes.
When it became time for Lilith to give birth- F'ein was already planning to take over the world Lilith created using her dreams. Nanobots and technology changed the child as it developed inside of Lilith's body to eventually transform into the "perfect" being. F'ein surgically removed the child from Lilith at birth to experiment with. The child was not given a name, but instead referred to as Proto-0001. Proto-0001 was trained in the shadow arts, while F'ein dabbled with stolen technology from the Technocracy from 'our' reality.
At some point, a tribe of creatures ranging from vampires to the rare breed of werewolves, named Vaolrixous, found the doorway into Neo-Earth and they built a civilization that rivaled F'ein's Dark Forces. A War erupted between F'ein's dark shadow forces and the Vaolrixous. Eventually a powerful source of energy was discovered to be in the possession of the Vaolrixous and F'ein wanted to steal this power for himself. Evangelion was instructed to steal this energy source, but in the attempt, regained some of his humanity and managed to break free from F'eins control.
Proto-0001 was captured and the Vaolrixous tribe felt compassionate for him and recognized that a shimmer of light was still present in his soul. They named him Markus and recognized that he was a creature of the night. Altimac, the Great Kindred Sage of The Vaolrixous, decided to preserve Markus because a War was about to erupt and Markus was the only one strong enough to defeat Lilith.
Thousands of years had passed. Modern excavators came upon a ruins of a lost culture and found the sarcophagus of a young man still preserved by powerful magick- seemingly, trapped in a time bubble. The excavators used technology to revive the young man- however, the man was oblivious to what happened to him and his past.
Markus had extraordinary strengths and powers. And so, Markus was trained by the United Kingdom of States (U.K.S) as a special assassin to stop terrorist attacks. Markus aged very slowly until he reached the age of 27 and his body stopped aging.
Eventually, Markus was re-captured by Lilith's forces and was rebuilt and reprogrammed as the perfect killing machine known as the Evangelion. Since then, Evangelion was no longer a human but a machine. Though Evangelion was a machine- his soul was still intact and possessed emotions. Once such emotion was for the love for a kindred woman.
Modern CW Time line:
Under a cloud of secret cy, Kizmat (possessed by Lilith's curse), Scientist and Evangelion brought back Lilith using the crystal of darkness. Not much else was legitimately uncovered about Evangelion's connection with Lilith until in 2006 in a match with Kizmat... Evangelion uttered the words that Kizmat was his father. Through logical deduction, it was clear that Evangelion was perhaps the lost child of one of Kizmat's whores when Queen Lilith took the unborn child with her to her own demise.
During the epic battle with Queen Lilith in the phantomfield- it was uncovered that the baby inside of Kizmat's whore was Evangelion.
After CWE ended, and CW was born from the ashes- Evangelion re-emerged and sought to destroy Kizmat and Charon by the command of Lilith herself. During CreatureMania 7, Moebius (known at that time as Augustus)- infiltrated EVA_CORP's central networking system and waged war against Lilith herself in a virtual reality simulator. At the same time in the real world, Charon fought Evangelion until Augustus was successful in distracting Lilith and Charon managed to free Evangelion's mind. However, F'ein Dacor appeared and killed Evangelion with his joeyuse sword by the order of Lilith herself.
Before Evangelion was killed, he imprinted his consciousness inside of nanobot technology and this was implanted inside of Charon, unknowing at that time, during the match when the match called for the competitors to insert a chip underneath their skin.
Charon acted highly usual and exhibited traits similar to Evangelion... an android. The nanobots seemed to have a mind of their own- physically and mentally changing Charon into a hybrid. Eventually, Charon confronted Lilith again (posing as the new Evangelion) in Neo-Earth by connecting herself to the mainframe's virtual reality simulator. Charon was an eyelash away from gaining full trust from Lilith- which would have turn into a double-cross and ending Lilith for good- but the nanobots which held Markus' consciousness manifested itself into a physical being and he tried to kill Lilith prematurely. In the attack- Lilith managed to re-program Markus and he turned against Charon.
Markus used his dormant powers to break the seal preventing Lilith from escaping Neo-Earth/Dreamscape and he is now guarding her at Castle Mortis for the right opportunity to confront Charon.

IN-RING HISTORY> EVA'S KNOWN HISTORY IN THE CWE IS THIS. EVA APPEARED IN THE CWE IN 2004. UPON IT'S ARRIVAL THE CWE ROSTER QUICKLY CAME TO FEAR EVA AND ALL WHO STOOD IN IT'S PATH WAS DESTROYED.
EVA HAD A MANAGER CALLED "THE SCIENTIST." THE SCIENTIST CARRIED A SPHERE THAT SEEMED TO GIVE EVA MYSTERIOUS POWERS. IT WASN'T UNTILL EVA FOUGHT VIPER AND POISEN THAT THE SPHERE REVEALED IT'S MOST DEADLIEST TRAIT. BEING ABLE TO REPRODUCE EVANGELION.
THE SPHERE WAS DESTROYED AND THE CORE MICROCHIP WAS TEMP ABSORBED INTO VIPER AND POISON CREATING A FUSION. EVA MET IT'S FIRST DEFEAT BY THE FUSED VIPER/POISON.
