Inactive Player Policy

First and foremost, CWE is not an e-Fed meant to take over your life. We do not expect you to sacrifice your sanity posting every day. However, it's unfair to others who put something into this e-Fed if you do nothing. It's shocking to point out, but you post less here than a title-centric typical e-Fed treating you like a slave worker lol.


We have three methods to play the e-Fed to facilitate a broad range of players.


Active as a player playing in seasons -or- Active on Discord -or- Active as a traditional player
You can switch any play method you want at any time simply by e-mailing or getting in contact any staff member to request this change.

Players playing in seasons:

These players are active if they participate in the high seasons of the e-Fed. This is typically:

Summer (June-August); Winter (December) and March times.

** You can choose the times during the year to post. This is useful for those who can't devote a lot of time but would still like to play traditionally. Just coordinate with the staff when you expect to post.

Pros: You only have to be present during these times.
Cons: You are expected to participate in more than four posts per month during that season. You need to create a full-fledged storyline; you can play in chunks if you want to. However, players who play traditionally are given greater power to hold and maintain titles for longer periods, win tournaments, etc.

You risk having your account made inactive if you can't show up during the seasons and produce at least one story. I will bug you to come and play during these times.

Players playing only on the mobile discord:

We have a mobile version of our e-Fed, an online role-playing game (RPG) and battle/fighting platform, on Discord. This is intended for those who really have a hard time finding the time to play.

Pros: With our mobile version, there are no expectations of how long you need to post, etc. You can access the Discord app at any time, enabling you to write using your smartphone with ease. Most importantly, it's a breeze to connect with other players in real-time, fostering a sense of immediate engagement and connection. Titles can be exchanged on Discord for as long as the champion holding the title agrees.

Cons: You're limited in general with what you can post on Discord, as it's primarily a chat platform. There are very few excuses one can give if you're THAT busy with life, lol, if even Discord is a problem. However, we've designed the mobile version to be as flexible as possible within these limitations.

Players playing traditionally:

Finally, for players wishing to actively play per month.

To remain active, you need to post at least 4 posts a month.

Pros: You have an excellent range of playing titles, holding them, winning tournaments, etc. It makes you a great writer and gives you bragging rights. If you need to take a break, I won't bug you often for doing it.

Cons: I guess it's that you are theoretically posting more than the other methods—but four posts a month is nothing. Theoretically, you are writing more.

Rules concerning when players post traditionally, de-activation process,
how to re-active, and about emergencies/personal necessities


Probation period:

New or returning players are on probation for 30 days when they create an account. The officials will review the players and decide to allow them to continue playing at the end of 30 days. The probation period is contingent upon one's ability to follow all of the rules, treat others with respect/kindness, and be an active player*

Deactivation of player accounts:

When a new or returning player joins the e-Fed, they will retain their account for as long as they are active players. Active players post at least one time every week (if they need to skip a week or two, that is fine, but you need at least four posts a month). The exception is if a player is a 'veteran player', a status that is earned through the official's determination. This status is typically awarded to players who have consistently demonstrated exceptional gameplay and commitment to the community.

A player who is "inactive" does not log in or contribute to the e-Fed's gameplay.

How to stop the deactivation process?

- You have to show at least some activity on the eFed. You must post at least four posts monthly (for any RPG/PPV).

You can request reactivation of your account 30 days after your initial deactivation occurs, and you are placed back on probationary status.

- "Veteran players" are excluded from much of the deactivation processes. If you are regarded as a 'veteran' player (a player who has been active for at least one full year) and contributed a significant amount of posts to the e-Fed, we may waive the deactivation process. However, you risk title opportunities and matches that you want if you default to posting rarely. The officials have the right to decide if you are a veteran player, and we can also revoke your status as a veteran player if you disappear from the e-Fed for an extended period (i.e., 6-9 months) or break rules.

What about other places outside of the e-Fed's message board? (For example: Why am I deactivated off of places like discord?!)

Your contributions to the e-Fed community also matter on Discord. Note: Discord is optional and not necessary to be an e-Fed player. You are expected to show minimal participation to remain a part of this service. At the very least, please provide emoji responses to posts- even a like or a face- to show and indicate that you are still here. Ideally, you contribute to Discord by sharing ideas and being sociable, and not as a means to access the news or the CWE Mobile E-Fed options for active members. It only takes a little to remain active on Discord. I have even waited a year before considering "weeding" out of the discord list, the rough estimate is 90 days of inactivity on services outside the main e-Fed.

Why was I kicked off of Discord? How long have you been active on Discord or the e-Fed community as a whole? Your contributions, no matter how small, are vital. We consider your overall contribution, and if you remain inactive, especially for an extended period, we may remove you. CWE may also remove you from our social media groups if you break the rules or if it's clear that you need to participate more.

Our approach to inactivity is subjective, especially outside the main e-Fed. We have been patient, waiting over a year before removing members who did not contribute. All it takes is a little participation, such as liking a post or welcoming newcomers, to avoid removal from Discord. Your active involvement is key to maintaining your place in our community.

If you are mostly posting on the main e-Fed, then I will not care about Discord, Reddit, etc., too much if you also have an account there. I would instead appreciate it more if you post on the main e-Fed personally anyway, and I get it that your time is limited—but if you are doing absolutely nothing (e-Fed and Discord or you have a Discord and again do nothing there as well), I will not consider you inactive all over the place and kick you.

Emergencies or personal necessities

In cases where there are personal necessities or emergencies, it is best to notify us if possible first; if you cannot inform us, then upon your return, please explain briefly if this was an emergency (you do not need to tell us any personal details).

How to re-activate my account(s)?
