CH.15 (The Creature Wars): Act 3, The Mortal Uprising- Coming close to a close- projected future plans etc.

Well, well... what an interesting edition to the Chapter - and to the Creature Wars. And, although it is Tuesday, I am now shifting my brain back to teaching, which means my efforts on the main story will be diminished. I would like to know if I can at least slip in and add more to the act as the months progress, headed to Summer break for teachers- where I get the time to write the main stories again... we will see.

The story right now has taken us to these things:

1) You will notice that, since Chapter 14, there have been many flashbacks, changes in timeframes, and scenes interwoven with what is considered the 'present' timeline. The reason is to address any plot holes and also to remind myself and the reader of the historical context, because the history of CreatureWrestling is incredibly vast.

2) So with Chapter 15: Act 3 coming close to an end, what is happening in the story... where am I possibly headed... and why haven't I acknowledged Act 2 and where that fits into things.

My approach with Act 3 was to cover all of the events AFTER Act 1 and BEFORE Act 2.... filling in the blanks of how bad the world became and actually spell out the insanity of this war... because Act 2 starts that the war has been ongoing for quite some time.... to point out... There is likely to be an Act 4 this summer, which will pick up wherever Act 3 ends, and we get to finally revisit Darkspade, allowing him to lose the match, which causes Lilith to be summoned. The element that has not been explained is what changed in Darkspade to make that happen...

3) Act 3 is coming close to an end my bet is either today or tomorrow-- the Act really touched on two side stories:

--- > Darkspade, Ricky Tenet, Charon, and the Silver Mirror — since this is tied to another e-Fed I work on, there will likely be ongoing stories through the interfed forum connected to this.

--- > Reverend Jones, Detective James, and Richard Arcane- This branch is basically the meat behind Act 3 in which we get to see how BAD the world has been getting... and we will explore the agenda/mind of Reverend Jones and his perspective on the Creature Wars... this branch also helps us to see how Richard Arcane (the reincarnation of Red Spyder) deals with fullfilling his obligations to The Employer... and of course, how Detective James fits into all of this. Lastly, maybe a spoiler, but this also connects to how we saw Red Spyder appear in the past to take the evil queen Lilith's child away.

The close of at least this time with Act 3 will distill down to whatever crazy ass plan the Reverend has in proposal to Richard Arcane- and what events lead up to Darkspade's decision on CreatureMania XVI… and speaking of the summer- when we eventually get to it- we will at least pick up where we left off in Act 2's end at CM XVI. There will be other content which will accelerate for a theoretical year before we approach... You guessed it.... I can't believe I am saying it.... but CreatureMania XVII
