Jack continues to kick away at Overkill, who is on the floor, Jack takes a step back and with that step has a small run up and goes to kick Overkill in the head but that white wing, almost independently, thrusts forwards smashing Jack in the face. Jack is sent sprawling backwards onto his back, Jack sits up holding his ribs, he knows that this will be it, their final battleground, the final chapter in this, the most twisted of tales. Jack smiles to himself, he knows hes come a long way since the days of GTWF, the GTU Title, this is everything he holds dear now, he cant let his legacy die without a fight, with that feeling of invigoration Jack gets to his feet, fresh, feeling better and more importantly ready for what comes next. Jack stands hopping from foot to foot, almost as if excitement courses through his body, Jacks excitement soon flares up as the cold man opens his eyes and stands up, a very sickly smile on his face

Overkill and Jack step to each other, no more words now, their actions will write the rest as they trade shots to the face, Overkill with a clenched fist smashing into the ribs of Jack E Breaker, Jack retaliating with a back hand to the face of Overkill, Jack then with a sharp kick to the gut sending Overkill backwards but Overkill lunges forward into Jack with an elbow to the temple. Overkill and Jack showing great concentration, blocking each others offence, then countering with their own, an opening is created and Overkill looks to an almost boxing style uppercut on Breaker, whereas Breaker goes for a straight punch to the chest of the Cold Man. They connect at the same time and Jack is sent up into the air a good 15 foot whereas Overkill is sent crashing through the warehouse wall into the building itself, Overkill lies on the cold concrete floor with bricks and mortar around him, Jack smashes down into the ground BUT MANAGES TO LAND ON HIS FEET! JACK SPRINTS FROM WHERE HE LANDED TOWARDS OVERKILL WHO IS GETTING UP AND BREAKER TAKES THE FALLEN DOWN WITH A HUGE SPEAR!!
Jack rolls through onto his feet, he spins around but Overkills already back up, Overkill kicks a brick off the floor at Jack E Breaker, the brick connects with Jacks gut knocking him backwards almost like hed been shot, Jack drops to one knee, resting his knuckles on the dirty floor, Jack looks up to see another brick hurled his way, he collapses and the brick sails past his head. Jack rolls to his side and onto his feet as Overkill charges forwards, Jack grabs Overkills long jacket and rolls backwards THROWING OVERKILL THROUGH A WOODEN SUPPORT! The wood splinters and the support collapses sending pieces of brick and wood smashing from the roof to the floor, Overkill gets to his feet and dusts himself off, Overkill looks up to see Jack leaping from the fallen debris at him but with ease Overkill SMASHES JACK IN THE FACE WITH A WING SENDING JACK SMASHING INTO A WALL.
Jack drops to his knees and his eyes close as he fights through the pain and there she is again, he can see her, he can feel here so close to him, chained, bound
Jack is brought back into reality with a bang as Overkill pulls him up and proceeds to punch him square in the face, Overkill pulls his fist back for a second time and punches Jack, BUT JACK GETS FREE AND OVERKILLS FIST GOES RIGHT THROUGH THE WALL!! Overkill rips his hand out of the wall and receives a huge kick to the face as he turns, Jack then leaps up and bounding off Overkills chest HE SMASHES OVERKILL IN THE FACE WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK!!! Overkill stumbles backwards and Jack begins to feel better again and he grabs one of the bricks off the floor and throws it at Overkill, Overkill spins around with that katana in hand and slices the brick in two, the two halves harmlessly drop down to the ground by the side of Overkill.
Overkill takes a step towards Jack and then disappears, completely unseen, Jack knows he has no idea and even disappearing himself wont do anything to aid him, Jack simply stands looking, watching for anything to alert him to Overkills presence
Something grabs Jacks leg, he knows its Overkill , The Cold Man appears, he swings Jack around by the leg as Jack is sent airborne, JACK SMASHES INTO THE CEILING OF THE BOTTOM FLOOR AND SMASHES THROUGH IT INTO THE NEXT FLOOR BUT THEN FALLS STRAIGHT BACK DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR HARD ONTO THE CONCRETE!
Jacks getting ripped limb from limb here by the Neo-Overkill, Overkill grabs the back of Jacks jacket and lifts him up to his feet, Jack scores with a scintillating uppercut to Overkill jaw, Overkill staggers back and Jack dives at Overkill clotheslining him but still Overkill stays upright, Jack charges at Overkill but Overkill extends his hand and before Jack even gets near Overkill, The Cold Man sends Jack SMASHING THROUGH A WALL WITH A BURSTS OF ENERGY!!! JACK IS KNOCKED AROUND LIKE A RAG DOLL AND HE LANDS IN A MURKY ROOM, Jack strains his eyes, he can hear some form of rattling chains, Jack touches something, its warm, like a body, smooth skin, Jacks heart beats faster as his eyes adjust to the dim light, he can make out someone, the person takes a deep breath almost trying to ignore the thing touching them. Jack tries to comfort them

The breathing of the other person slows down, Jack hears something coming from Overkills direction, Jack gets up BUT OVERKILL BURSTS THROUGH THE WALL!! Light streams into the room, blinding Jack but Jack fights through it SMASHING OVERKILL IN THE RIBS WITH A HUGE JAB! Jacks eyes once again adjust and as Overkill staggers backwards Jack feasts his eyes on a woman lay on the dirty, filthy floor, Jack feels a cold chill down his spine, that for the first time isnt Overkill, Jack stands aghast as the woman looks up at him, THE WOMAN IS

Jack.E.Breaker
Jack can only look down at the dirty, blonde haired woman who lies on her side, her bare ankles bound and her wrists bound behind her by chains. Her eyes are closed tight because of all the time she had spent in the dark, only to be tortured by the bright light that has now illuminated the room, yet she is able to respond to her name by opening her eyes for a second before closing them again because of the pain. Jack could only kneel by her side as powerful emotions broke into and corrupted his fighting mindset. He does nothing for a second as he remembered the days in the cabin in the woods but all doubt is removed from his mind when she shifts her body against his shin and gently whispers his name. Jack instantly lifts her up into a sitting position and starts to remove the chains from her wrists. Despite the intense love he feels for Rachael and the sorry state that she is in, he doesnt say or do anything remotely affectionate or reassuring to her. He hasnt the time when he is currently in a fierce fight with his nemesis. Eventually, the chains fall from her wrists but as soon as they fall into his hands, <font size=4>OVERKILL SPRINTS INTO THE ROOM WITH THE KATANA POINTING FORWARD BUT JACK SWINGS THE CHAIN ACROSS THE BLADE, KNOCKING IT TO THE LEFT AND JACK SWINGS AROUND AND TACKLES OVERKILL TO THE GROUND FROM BEHIND.</font>
With her eyes still closed, Rachael quickly drags herself to the furthest wall, sits up with her knees tucked to her chest and starts to pick away at the chains that bind her ankles. Jack on the other hand is on his feet and when Overkill pushes himself into a kneeling position, Jack boots Overkill in the jaw, knocking him onto his back but Overkill just uses the momentum to backward roll onto his feet. Jack continues the attack with straight rights and lefts to back Overkill against the wall. He continues to throw his fists straight at Overkill as he screams out in anger and desperation but he throws one too many and Overkill swats one fist to the side, pulls Jacks legs from underneath him then with hooks the feet under his armpits and <font size=4>VIOLENTLY SWINGS JACK AROUND WITH SUCH VELOCITY AND RELEASES HIM, SENDING JACK FLYING THROUGH THE AIR AND SLAMMING HARD AGAINST THE WALL.</font> Jack drops on the floor right next to Rachael who has just untied the chains and gets to her feet, positioning herself in front of Jack as Overkill slowly walks towards them with a menacing grin on his face. Despite being dwarfed by Overkills massive frame and the fear that she feels, Rachael refuses to budge from in front of her husband and let him get beaten by the Cold Man. But with nowhere else to go, RACHAEL RUNS IN AND STUNS OVERKILL WITH A FRONT DROPKICK TO BOTH KNEES, AND JACK PULLS HIMSELF UP AND TACKLES THE COLD MAN TO THE GROUND.
Jack lets fly with straight fists to the face, trying to erase the cocky grin from the face of his enemy as Rachael crawls over to underneath the staircase to a pair of brown boots. Jack continues to throw, completely ignoring the lack of effect his flurries have had on Overkill in the past. Overkill starts to reach to the inside of his jacket but as Jack looks to the side, Rachael throws something in the air and Jack catches the blade by its wooden handle and immediately attempts to stab Overkill in the face with it, but Overkill grabs Jacks wrist with both hands, puts his feet against Jacks stomach then PUSHES JACK AWAY AND JACK LANDS FACE FIRST ON THE HARD CONCRETE FLOOR. Ignoring the soreness and fatigue he feels, Jack immediately pushes himself back onto his feet but is knocked to the side by a powerful right hook across the cheek. The side of Jacks head hits a wall and Overkill sprints straight in Jacks direction, <font size=4>BUT JACK DROPS ON HIS BACK AND WRAPS HIS LEGS AROUND OVERKILLS WAIST WHILST HOLDING HIS FEET, CAUSING OVERKILL TO TRIP AND SMASH HIS FACE THROUGH THE WALL.</font> Overkill looks into the other room to see just a large, bare concrete room with pillars and rubble in the centre of the room, then sees a sprinting Jack appear from nowhere, who <font size=4>DRIVES BOTH FEET INTO OVERKILLS FACE WITH SUCH FORCE THAT OVERKILLS HEAD RIPS FROM THE WALL AND OVERKILL BACKWARD ROLLS ONTO HIS FRONT.</font>
Overkill quickly pushes himself onto his feet then looks around to see that he is the only one in the room. Both Jack and Rachaels presences can still be felt but they are nowhere to be seen, even Rachaels boots are gone from the room. It doesnt take long for Overkill to realise that they might be trying to escape together, so he runs over to his katana and picks it up but Jack reappears behind him and wraps one of the chains around Overkills throat. Overkill tries to get his fingers underneath the chain but they are pressed too hard, so he kicks back at Jacks shin with his feet and when the chain loosens briefly, thats enough for Overkill to get his fingers between the chain and his throat and yank the chain from Jacks hands. Overkill rushes to the other side of the room then turns around whilst swinging the chain <font size=4>>AND CATCHES JACK ACROSS THE CHEEK WITH THE CHAIN.</font> Jack is knocked to one side and is just able to keep on his feet but when he turns around, Overkill jumps in the air and <font size=4>BRINGS THE CHAIN DOWN ACROSS THE TOP OF JACKS HEAD.</font> Jack drops to both knees but continues fighting with fists to the abdomen but he doesnt see Overkill wrapping the chain across his fist. A fatigued Jack gets back onto his feet and attacks with a series of desperate swinging rights and lefts, but Overkill ducks one with ease and <font size=4>SMASHES JACK ON THE SIDE OF THE HEAD WITH THE CHAIN WRAPPED FIST.</font>

Overkill almost immediately regains his sight but only to see that Jack has disappeared and the blade doesnt have any blood on it. Overkill can still feel Rachael but more importantly, he can still feel Jacks faint presence somewhere above him. Its distant and Jack isnt exactly above him so he waits patiently, knowing that teleporting will make Jack extremely tired, possibly almost to the point of crawling and that Jack has no chance to escape

Overkill leaps up into the air, his wings suspend him there whilst he surveys the vicinity of the room, nothing in here so Overkill thrusts himself upwards THROUGH THE CEILING and as bricks and wood spray all over the room Overkill is met by Jack coming to an abrupt halt holding Rachaels arm. Jack steps in front of Rachael as Overkill rests himself down onto the floor. Overkill and Jack lock eyes as Rachael steps backwards as far as she can to get out of the way, safe from harm. Jack steps towards Overkill but Overkill disappears, Jack spins around expecting a telegraphed reappearance behind him but Overkill is ever unpredictable and reappears where he stood before, Overkill slowly advances behind Jack but Rachael screams out causing Jack to snap back around INTO A HUGE HAYMAKER OF A PUNCH FROM OVERKILL!! JACK SMASHES THROUGH A CONCRETE PILLAR AND ONTO THE FLOOR COVERED IN RUBBLE, AND OVERKILL NOW STANDS ONLY A FEW FEET FROM RACHAEL!!
Overkill steps towards her but Rachael retreats, she tries to run through the door
Freeze
Rachael stops in mid step, she is completely frozen in time, Overkill advances towards her but out of nowhere Jack comes form behind Overkill smashing a block on concrete over Overkills head, Overkill drops to a knee but gets straight back up, Jack grabs Overkill by the throat, squeezing as hard as he can but Overkill, with the longer reach grabs Jacks neck and begins to crush the human neck, Jack gasps for air as Overkill lifts him off the floor, Jack looks to be on the brink of failure here But out of nowhere he kicks Overkill in the chest and lands back on his feet crouching, coiled like a spring and he LEAPS UP AT OVERKILL AND DELIVERS A SPEAR NO! OVERKILL SWATS JACK OUT OF THE AIR WITH A JAB TO THE FACE!! Jack smashes back to the ground and Overkill immediately goes over to Rachael, still trapped in time, Overkill picks her up and begins to walk towards the door when Jack appears in front of him, Overkill flashes hi ma malevolent smile and THROWS RACHAEL AT JACK!!! Jack knows as soon as he catches Rachael Overkill will be on him, but he has no other choice, Jack holds his hands out to catch Rachael
But Rachael disappears, and before Jack can react Overkill has leapt up into the air at him and DROPKICKS JACK IN THE CHEST BACKWARDS DOWN THE STAIRS!!! Overkill peers down the stairs to see Jack crumpled in a heap but Jack is not there, Overkill is about to turn around but HE IS SMASHED FROM BEHIND AND IS SENT DOWN THE STAIRS BUT THE WINGS UNFOLD AND OVERKILL SWOOPS DOWN THE STAIRCASE SMASHING THROUGH A WALL OUT OF THE WAREHOUSE ALTOGETHER!
Jack doesnt even watch Overkill, he darts back to Rachael who seems to be out of the time bubble she was in, she looks up to Jack and smiles, she touches Jacks cheek with her right hand and sighs, Jack lifts her to her feet and looks around for Overkill, no sign of the cold man, Jack rests her on his shoulder and they begin to walk out but Rachaels face drops as a chill runs down her spine as Overkills voice bounces off every single wall echoing throughout the building but coming nowhere in the building
It ends, now
Jack looks up to see the roof TORN AWAY from the walls, Jack stands at the gaping hole where the roof once was to see Overkill hovering overhead, Jack looks at Rachael, fear in her eyes, fatigue and bewilderment in his, Overkill stares down as the lovers stand staring up at him, and with a smirk Overkill gains altitude then begins to plummet towards the warehouse

Jack shakes his head and closes his eyes, Overkill draws ever nearer with his demonic speed Rachaels eyes widen as she realises what Jack is doing, she holds her hand out to try to stop him but RACHAEL DISAPPEARS INTO THIN AIR!!! Jack turns to Overkill staring up as the colossus is within touching distance

JACK AND OVERKILL CAREER INTO THE GROUND AND SUCH IS THE FORCE THAT IT SENDS A SHOCKWAVE THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE!!! THE WHOLE BUILDING CONTORTS AND EXPLODES WITH THE PRESSURE AND IMPACT!!! OVERKILL AND JACK E BREAKER DEMOLISH THE BUILDING WHERE IT ALL BEGAN!!!!</font>

As the dust settles and debris fall back to the ground, car alarms can be heard in the distance, screams and shouts from people also fill the eerily quiet atmosphere where Jack and Overkill lie It seems Jack sacrificed the last of his powers to keep Rachael safe but at the cost of his own life and that of Overkills .that is until one of them moves that man is OVERKILL!
Overkill sits bolt upright his eyes fully rolled into the back of his head and a devilish grin on his face, his wings beat lifting him up to his feet, he looks at Jack who lies still, the former Neo-enemy of his but now the deceased victim of his Overkill leaps into the air and beats his wings taking him to the edge of the crater that has formed by the impact, Overkill is on the outside looking in, content with what he has done, he turns around and begins to walk away

Overkill spins around, not shocked that Jack is still alive but disappointed that he is not dead, Overkill stares at Jack who has propped himself up on a piece of wood sat on the floor, Overkill draws his sword, knowing full well that Jack will NOT be able to defend himself, he will NOT be able to teleport, and more importantly to Overkill he WILL NOT be alive after this is done
Overkill then bursts into a sprint and leaps into the air with his sword fully in front of him, Overkill then drops down towards Jack blade first, Jack finally meets his end THAT IS UNTIL BOTH OVERKILL AND JACK E BREAKER ARE CONSUMED BY LIGHT, Overkill opens his eyes to see no crater, no warehouse, no debris, no night sky just blackness in every direction. Overkill notices Jack lay on the floor, no blood on him, no damage form that final blow Jack is intact and breathing, Overkill cocks an eyebrow, he didnt teleport them Did Jack pass powers onto Rachael? Did Jacks final breath take them here? Overkill is not confused just angered that he is clueless as to why hes here, one thing he does know is that, now, he has the most distinct advantage of all IN THIS WORLD HE IS A GOD!
Overkill leaps up into the air, his wings suspend him there whilst he surveys the vicinity of the room, nothing in here so Overkill thrusts himself upwards THROUGH THE CEILING and as bricks and wood spray all over the room Overkill is met by Jack coming to an abrupt halt holding Rachaels arm. Jack steps in front of Rachael as Overkill rests himself down onto the floor. Overkill and Jack lock eyes as Rachael steps backwards as far as she can to get out of the way, safe from harm. Jack steps towards Overkill but Overkill disappears, Jack spins around expecting a telegraphed reappearance behind him but Overkill is ever unpredictable and reappears where he stood before, Overkill slowly advances behind Jack but Rachael screams out causing Jack to snap back around INTO A HUGE HAYMAKER OF A PUNCH FROM OVERKILL!! JACK SMASHES THROUGH A CONCRETE PILLAR AND ONTO THE FLOOR COVERED IN RUBBLE, AND OVERKILL NOW STANDS ONLY A FEW FEET FROM RACHAEL!!
Overkill steps towards her but Rachael retreats, she tries to run through the door
Freeze
Rachael stops in mid step, she is completely frozen in time, Overkill advances towards her but out of nowhere Jack comes form behind Overkill smashing a block on concrete over Overkills head, Overkill drops to a knee but gets straight back up, Jack grabs Overkill by the throat, squeezing as hard as he can but Overkill, with the longer reach grabs Jacks neck and begins to crush the human neck, Jack gasps for air as Overkill lifts him off the floor, Jack looks to be on the brink of failure here But out of nowhere he kicks Overkill in the chest and lands back on his feet crouching, coiled like a spring and he LEAPS UP AT OVERKILL AND DELIVERS A SPEAR NO! OVERKILL SWATS JACK OUT OF THE AIR WITH A JAB TO THE FACE!! Jack smashes back to the ground and Overkill immediately goes over to Rachael, still trapped in time, Overkill picks her up and begins to walk towards the door when Jack appears in front of him, Overkill flashes hi ma malevolent smile and THROWS RACHAEL AT JACK!!! Jack knows as soon as he catches Rachael Overkill will be on him, but he has no other choice, Jack holds his hands out to catch Rachael
But Rachael disappears, and before Jack can react Overkill has leapt up into the air at him and DROPKICKS JACK IN THE CHEST BACKWARDS DOWN THE STAIRS!!! Overkill peers down the stairs to see Jack crumpled in a heap but Jack is not there, Overkill is about to turn around but HE IS SMASHED FROM BEHIND AND IS SENT DOWN THE STAIRS BUT THE WINGS UNFOLD AND OVERKILL SWOOPS DOWN THE STAIRCASE SMASHING THROUGH A WALL OUT OF THE WAREHOUSE ALTOGETHER!
Jack doesnt even watch Overkill, he darts back to Rachael who seems to be out of the time bubble she was in, she looks up to Jack and smiles, she touches Jacks cheek with her right hand and sighs, Jack lifts her to her feet and looks around for Overkill, no sign of the cold man, Jack rests her on his shoulder and they begin to walk out but Rachaels face drops as a chill runs down her spine as Overkills voice bounces off every single wall echoing throughout the building but coming nowhere in the building
It ends, now
Jack looks up to see the roof TORN AWAY from the walls, Jack stands at the gaping hole where the roof once was to see Overkill hovering overhead, Jack looks at Rachael, fear in her eyes, fatigue and bewilderment in his, Overkill stares down as the lovers stand staring up at him, and with a smirk Overkill gains altitude then begins to plummet towards the warehouse

Jack shakes his head and closes his eyes, Overkill draws ever nearer with his demonic speed Rachaels eyes widen as she realises what Jack is doing, she holds her hand out to try to stop him but RACHAEL DISAPPEARS INTO THIN AIR!!! Jack turns to Overkill staring up as the colossus is within touching distance

JACK AND OVERKILL CAREER INTO THE GROUND AND SUCH IS THE FORCE THAT IT SENDS A SHOCKWAVE THROUGH THE WAREHOUSE!!! THE WHOLE BUILDING CONTORTS AND EXPLODES WITH THE PRESSURE AND IMPACT!!! OVERKILL AND JACK E BREAKER DEMOLISH THE BUILDING WHERE IT ALL BEGAN!!!!</font>

As the dust settles and debris fall back to the ground, car alarms can be heard in the distance, screams and shouts from people also fill the eerily quiet atmosphere where Jack and Overkill lie It seems Jack sacrificed the last of his powers to keep Rachael safe but at the cost of his own life and that of Overkills .that is until one of them moves that man is OVERKILL!
Overkill sits bolt upright his eyes fully rolled into the back of his head and a devilish grin on his face, his wings beat lifting him up to his feet, he looks at Jack who lies still, the former Neo-enemy of his but now the deceased victim of his Overkill leaps into the air and beats his wings taking him to the edge of the crater that has formed by the impact, Overkill is on the outside looking in, content with what he has done, he turns around and begins to walk away

Overkill spins around, not shocked that Jack is still alive but disappointed that he is not dead, Overkill stares at Jack who has propped himself up on a piece of wood sat on the floor, Overkill draws his sword, knowing full well that Jack will NOT be able to defend himself, he will NOT be able to teleport, and more importantly to Overkill he WILL NOT be alive after this is done
Overkill then bursts into a sprint and leaps into the air with his sword fully in front of him, Overkill then drops down towards Jack blade first, Jack finally meets his end THAT IS UNTIL BOTH OVERKILL AND JACK E BREAKER ARE CONSUMED BY LIGHT, Overkill opens his eyes to see no crater, no warehouse, no debris, no night sky just blackness in every direction. Overkill notices Jack lay on the floor, no blood on him, no damage form that final blow Jack is intact and breathing, Overkill cocks an eyebrow, he didnt teleport them Did Jack pass powers onto Rachael? Did Jacks final breath take them here? Overkill is not confused just angered that he is clueless as to why hes here, one thing he does know is that, now, he has the most distinct advantage of all IN THIS WORLD HE IS A GOD!
