Moebius is the current CW Chairman of CW. He became Chairman when the Death Family were able to pursuade the Board of Directors to intervene and create a match with Gunther (the current Chairman at that time) and Moebius to decide the undisputed Chairman. The reason for this was because Charon had evidence that showed that Gunther's "election" was staged by Alexander Arcane. Moebius won the match against Gunther and he has held on to the title of Chairman ever since- much to the dislike of the Arcanes.
As Chairman- Moebius is the last roadblock in the way of the Arcane Family's monopoly over the company. Moebius primarily oversees all operations in the company and protects wrestlers from the craziness of the Arcane family. With so many enemies in CW- can Moebius survive?
Moebius was thought to be the son of Kizmat and Charon Death but we later find out that Moebius was actually the son of Mortis and a fatally ill kindred woman. As the son of Mortis- Moebius possesses incrediable strength and ability to yield the Unholy Darkness but he refuses to use it as it will taint his soul.
Moebius has two personalities in perfect balance with one another, there's Moebius who is fearless, brave and strong and has a lot of his fathers characteristics and then there's Augustus who is scared of the dark and fears many things except computers, its this side of his personality that his mother identifies most with. This means that not only is he very handsome and intelligent, he is also fair, something Alex Arcane dislikes about Moebius a great deal.
As a child Moebius suffers a great deal at the hands of Mortismere, something his mother regrets and often gets angry about but Moebius is unusual in that he can balance perfectly between right and wrong, light and dark. He fears neither Alex or Mortismere and is aware of what he's capable of. Its Moebius who is responsible for stopping Queen Lillith, Fein Dacor and Mortismere from taking over the Earth by unleashing his inner power and becoming a demon like both his mother and father.
