Holy Darkness

The Holy Darkness, unlike it's counterparts (See: Unholy Dark Arts & Holy Light), is the channeling of darkness through a pure medium to be used as protection, absorption or to mend. The use of darkness is an extremely dangerous and unstable power because it is very easy for the user to fall to the darkness. However, the use of darkness for good can be very beneficial because dark spells that are unblock-able can now be absorbed or voided altogether.

The practice of Holy Darkness was long forgotten and forbidden because of it's addictive and unstable properties. Also, most practitioners could not master the Holy Darkness. The art of touching the darkness for the sole purpose of good tainted the soul of it's user...

Holy Darkness is also regarded as the 'gray area' between Holy and Unholy. It means that the person has mastered both Holy and Unholy enough to use both without losing their mind and soul. The Dark Sincentius nearly succeeded in obtaining the power of Holy Darkness but instead lost his mind and could not successfully merge the two arts.

Brandon

Brandon he was able to cross over and succeed in using The Holy Darkness given that he had pure Death Blood Family DNA. The use of the art comes from not knowing that they used it- it is intuitive and naturally occurring.

Dylious

Dylious was able to utilize the Holy Darkness after Seer injected Dylious's mother while he was in her womb. The blood sample was an experiment and rumored to have been a blood sample taken from the sinister Mortismere.
