The BWA - Bloodloss Wrestling Alliance, came about as a unique project introduced to the CWE gameplay. The ECF board had become inactive, due to the popularity of everyone posting on the CWF RPG board. Because this was a problem, the "ECF Board" was dissolved, and replaced by a new Sub-fed. The Bloodloss Wrestling Alliance was conceived by the players DNA and Cerberus, with their alternative, not wrestling characters, Aidan O' Neil and Shane Lestat. It would mimic the ECW promotion almost in it's sadistic, hardcore nature.

The BWA would have minor success at it's conception, bringing about two successful events, in which almost every match of both was completed, and completed on time. It would host first 'BWA is AIDS' - a play on CWF is MAD. The commentators would clarify the title in the first post saying: "That means that the Bloodloss Wrestling Alliance is Amazing, Innovative, Destructive and Sadistic! What a promise!"

AIDS would have Gojinn vs DNA in a Hardcore match, Rick Astin vs Wolf? in a Supermarket Brawl, and Cerberus vs Xstasy in the main event. The card was terrific, and the BWA would have one final card, before the CWE closed.

Halloween Terror would be the last event, consisting of an interview with Goldyke, King Gojinn vs The Eagle?, DNA vs Kalvain, Hellraiser vs Wolf?, an interview with Alexander Arcane, Stephanie McMahon? vs Amile, and an over the top rope elimination match for the Undisputed Title, featuring: DNA, Gojinn, Hellraiser, DarkSpade, Goldyke, and Alexander Arcane?- who would steal the title.

Not long after it's conception, would personal issues among players force a roster decline, but the owners of the BWA took their leave from CWE as well. The Sub-Fed never officially closed, but it was over once CWE shut it's doors.
