The Time Frame concept is a quick and easy way to indicate when a scene is taking place within the in-game environment of the E-Fed.

Simply, a player writes somewhere in their post (TF: *insert the time this scene is taking place here*). For example:

(TF: After MADCWE)

A time frame can include an actual time like: (TF: May 6th, 2008); or it can also include a time in relation to an event going on at that time or other connections. This was up to the player.

The concept was extremely effective and helped the flow of the game. Because sometimes posts are continued from threads that even have disappeared from the current main page on the message board: a Time Frame allowed the player to know that the scene was a continuance. Even if certain events or situations from a result of a series of posts can be taken place- with the TF tag, a player can pick up from where they left off.
