History of Creature Wrestling E-Fed.

Creature Wrestling is a hard definition to define. Its true beat resides in the hearts of the players. The start of Creature Wrestling began on theundertaker.net message boards and evolved into the Official E-Fed for Creatures of the Night created by COTNRPG- December 1999.

The E-Fed was founded by the Promoter. The Promoter's main goal at first was the creation of a COTN wrestling headquarters where it linked to controlled ppvs on other COTN websites. However, that idea was quickly replaced when the webmasters of various sites showed no interest.

Days before the debut- The Promoter made the decision to create a message board and attempt to run the idea of a wrestling federation.

On December 12, 1999.... COTNRPG: CWF debuted. It was a slow but steady growth. Officials had to be found to help the Promoter run the game- and so the Promoter seeked out a staff and players by methods he learned when creating his own fan site in April 1999.

The Promoter established and created the Game Rules, Posting and battling mechanics and countless other elements which drived the CWF to where it is today as the CWE. The inspiration was in the turn-based fighting in popular RPG games such as: "Final Fantasy". That wasn't all- various officials such as: Viper, Poison, Big Biz, Dalkiel, Pimp, Dna and Lady of Darkness in their own rights jumpstarted this E-fed into a dramatic Kick ASS E-fed Machine! But most and important... the players as a whole is what has made this place highly successful.

Over the years- the CWE dominated the internet by providing a unique and revolutionized way to play an e-fed. With a roster that holds an average 40+, the CWE quickly evolved.

We evolved so much, that the game is dubbed the CWE. And we hold 2 in-game federations. The original: CWF and the supportive: ECF.

As time pressed on, players begun to lose interest and move onto their lives. The "CWE" was officially closed in December 5, 2005 after a drastic roster decline in October. There where attempts to salvage the game and hold it together but without a roster you can't have an E-Fed.

After 5 months of inactivity, the game was brought back as a casual E-Fed dubbed "CW" (Creature Wrestling). The legacy, honor and respect of the CW(E) will always exist online.

---

There is no substituion to the original. The CWE has a rich and long history that spans 6 years! We created revolutionary and standard game mechanics that no one else can lay claim.

The future of Creature Wrestling depends on the players that play here-- the CWE has forged and lead this revolution from even before day 1. And we will continue to lead Creature Wrestling into the next eras to come.

The Creatures Wrestling Federation was officially founded on December 12, 1999. It is the first and official E-fed of COTNS- Inspired from a general brief game played at the late theundertaker.net website which lasted from Nov-Dec 1999.

YEAR 1999: CWF founded by Promoter of the CWF. Elected first set of officials a month later in January of 2000. Website grew at a tremendous rate- Battle Board, game rules and system for matches was developed by the Promoter (which became the standard). Official Copyrights engaged for protection.

Players did all the rest in creating the game itself by bringing in their own visions and stories onto the boards.

--

YEAR 2000: Website evolved into a massive storage of information- bios, roster and title histories. Official system had to be changed due to problems- a new system was made using committees and booking officials.

First CreatureMania? ever and first KOTR ever. RPG stories also evolved with the use of universal story lines and sagas.

--

YEAR 2001: Game Rules were reorganized and revamped- included behaviors in-game play. Concern about fairness in booking, title rotation, and corruption led to disbanding the officials. New officials along with a new cwf official system was created. STF Rule was created to provide a fair and impartial title rotation system- became very successful.

First to ever create Awards for player accomplishments- CWF MegaSlammy? Awards. Campaign called CWF World Wide spawned TV Shows which helped RPG system.

CreatureWrestling.com was created.

Crossover idea tried with old officials- but failed do to many reoccurring problems. CWF disconnected the crossover at the end of the year.

--

YEAR 2002: Since new officials and system- the CWF exploded with success. The website was revamped into a professional site. Bios where added not on boards- but on the site. New Sagas and stories were breathed life into the CWF- along with a huge increase of new arrivals and returns. First ever to create a system mimicking "WWE's Royal Rumble"- CWF Battle Royale.

Full Website created, and the creation of a sister site based on the Undertaker and COTNs: CreatureCavern?.com

ECF Created to help roster in mid-summer. Included, X-treme Championship belt as a merged belt of all ECF titles by the end of summer.

Between Sep-Nov, the "CWE" was officially formed as the "in-game" name of the company that housed the in-game feds: CWF and ECF. As such, we developed two new official ranks: CWF GM and ECF GM.

The ECF board was activated back into gameplay- two in-game "owners" where added into the RPG along with an ECF Commish.

By the end of the year, the CWE proudly took off the ads on all major boards.

--

YEAR 2003: The CWE/COTNRPG developed a brand new section called, "CWE Library." The Library is a collection of other smaller-to-large projects that would help raise the game to even more heights. The Library featured: in-game transformation levels, terminologies used in the CWE world, CWE Family Tree and much much more!!!

CreatureCavern? was merged with the main site, and was refocused as a community resource for wrestling fans and news.

The concept of the "special board" that the CWE created was upgraded into a massive board named: The Colossus Board. Many new systems where developed for the Colossus Board- which included: King of Pain and a new system for the KOR!

CWE yet again was the first to produce another original concept dubbed: Dual Pay-per-views! The first dual ppvs where: ECF Suicide and ECF Aftermath- both highly successful.

Towards the end of the year- we developed a number of additional subsites and extended our online news. The first project was a subsite for the in-game federations: CWF and ECF. The next project focused on CreatureMania? 4: Four the Blood.

In addition, we unleashed CWE's first online magazine- CWE Cutting Edge. The magazine was unlike anything ever concieved as we pushed the original idea, "CWE Creaturepost" into the CWE E-Cast Player! A simulated player that houses the magazine online. A subsite was developed for ECAST as well.

-- YEAR 2004: The CWE produced another additional layout change to the website. Furher additions was strengthening the in-game storylines for the ECF and CWF. In an effort to drive a controlled competition for the two in-game E-feds, the Promoter merged the GM and "Brand" Owner roles into one role= District Promoters.

CREATUREMANIA III became an overwhelming success!!! Producing new concepts such as the INTERFED- and crowning an Interfed Champion. A subsite for CREATUREMANIA was also created.

CWE Topsites also grew and expansions for the new project called, "CREATUREFANTASY ONLINE" for the MMORPG game Final Fantasy XI was in the works.

-- YEAR 2005-December 5, 2005: A rocky start for the year due to the Promoter's changing schedules in real life. But nonetheless, the CWE continued to grow and expand.

CREATUREMANIA V: AD INFINITUM was produced and several additional changes to the structure of the game itself. Certain officials left back-to-back which reduced the staff a bit but picked up steadily afterwards.

NEW rules concerning sensitive areas such as "GOD MODING/NO-SELLING" were created.

Towards end of the year, the CWE website was rebuilt to it's finest layout yet. Additional areas of interest was the NEW CWE HQ section which expanded the concept of recording in-game areas and reports. An older version of the CWE HQ was trashed due to lack of support. Also, an expansion to MMORPG website created a site for a Linkshell of interest by the Promoter.

In the structure itself- the Official out-of-game nameplates where removed to to continuous misunderstandings of how the system works from certain officials. "MANAGEMENT TEAM" and "CREATIVE TEAM" where re-enforced. Additional changes in the official lineup as well happened.

The addition of "Board of Director" role playing characters along with other changes to the in-game official structure where made. District Promoters could no longer be "brand owners" but shareholders.

The ECF RPG board was resigned indefinatelty due to the lack of interest and support for the board.

Sub-Federations and Sub-Fed Managers where created as an alternative way to rekindle the dying faction vs faction conflicts as-well-as bring back controlled competition.

Around October 2005, the CWE's roster showed a lack of interest in the E-Fed and the E-Fed was temporary closed. After an effort to keep the E-Fed alive, CWE Halloween Terror PPV was produced. Even though it was both a success and a failure, the CWE continued for another month untill it was closed officially on the last CWF is MAD.

-- YEAR 2006-Present After 5 months, CreatureWrestling was brought back as a causal E-Fed game. The reason was mostly to honor the sport and have a place on the internet.

The company changed it's name to "Creature Wrestling (CW)" and kept CWE and ECF as in-game E-Feds.
