District Promoter

District Promoter: The District Promoter was a brand new name and concept never before used elsewhere even in a real life wrestling business. When the ECF and CWF brands were created new managers were needed to run the brands. Instead of going into the direction that WWE did (using general managers)-- the efed went a step further and created a storyline that would place players as owners of the brand (in-game owners... not actual). This created the new District Promoter position which revolutionized the gameplay. At first, the DP position was meant to be brand owners but it was changed to a type of General Manager position to prevent any issues with players taking the position too literal.

The District Promoter has complete, authentic authority to do whatever that they wanted for their brand. They can hire/fire roster members, create events and matches. They also hold a seat on the board of directors. The DP only answers to the CW Executive Branch and more specifically the CW Chairman, CEO and/or President.
