Children of Sin Saga, Act II
Once, there were 4 Children of Sin.... Spade, Damien & Serin of Death... but the last child was neither blood or friend- his name was Eddie Bernie. Eddie did, however, have something in common with the rest of the children... for he too was a 'special' child. Eddie was endowed with amazing abilities that frightened his parents- indeed, even murdered his father.
Eddie could not understand why he was different- why everyone around him grew old but he didn't. Then one unfaithful night Eddie's gravely old mother released custody of him to Death's Wind- the mother patriarch of the Death Family... one of the ancient Creature tribes. Keep in mind though, as miraculous as Eddie was for the past decade or five, Eddie's mother never explained to her son what he was. And neither did the Death family to their beloved sons....
It was an amazing kept secret- the Death family was able to suppress the powers of the children and keep them oblivious to the truth but for how much longer would that work? And, why? Why was it so important to keep the secret that one is a Creature of the Night?
As the years pressed on- the children did grow, slowly when compared to humans. Then, one night Eddie decided to go a step further in his misbehaving and enter the forbidden forest. Damien was the first to protest and confront Eddie- but amidst the arguing, the youngest child, Serin, wanders off into the forest!!
After regrouping, the remaining children planned to distract the grownups and Spade, along with Eddie, were elected to go out and find poor lost Serin.... all alone.... or was he? Heh. Serin kept running for his life... deeper and deeper did he go within the forbidden forest... and as he progressed his entire body felt hot-- it got to a point that he had to stop behind a tall shrub overlooking a dark stream in order to catch his breath.... feeling the heat inside of him intensify- Serin drops to his knees and placed his two hands as a cup and a scooped up a puddle of water in his hands to drink, and to cool down. The cool water helped but his body was still burning like fire inside.....
**The Figure watches on as so did Sincentius in wonderment** "What is wrong with him... does he have the fever?"
**Sincentius smiled and took another puff from his cigarette** "Well, I guess you can say that- heh. Now, watch this part- things are about to get very interesting indeed... hehehee...."
And then, in the not too far off distance Serin could hear trees crack and crumble-- he stands up and looks into the darkness and there, right there, were two deep blood red eyes staring back at him. Serin was petrified with fear and couldn't move a muscle.... the evil figure methodically walked forward in which Serin could only vaguely capture some of the features of his predator.... A demonic face with a crooked smile-- and then, in a shocking change, Serin screamed and from his body emitted fire in all directions!!! The demon instantly backed off into the forest while everything around Serin burned......
That was when Eddie and Spade saw the fire in the distance.....
"FUCK!!! The place is on fire.... did that truly come from Serin??"
But before Sincentius could respond, once again, The Figure got a head attack and fell to the ground holding his head in agony.... yet, another odd vision unfolded.....
With the two swords of destiny in his hands, Spade Deathen- the Guardian of Balance- finally had Hra'Spyder where he wanted him.... but without the monster beef, Hra'Spyder's power was vastly diminishing to the point that Spade, Cadmus and even the downed Lilith could see that Hra'gad was wrestling control with Red Spyder.
Cadmus slowly walked up to Spade and looked up at him with his innocent eyes....
"Please forgive him... just open your eyes wide and see that it is all over now... there is no need for further punishment....."
"Go away kid... you're bothering me...."
Meanwhile, Red Spyder was losing control... he finally bent backwards and from his mouth gushed out some black water along with the fetal remains of Hra'gad... Red's unborn son....
Spade turned his head back to just see Hra'gad's gross deformed remains- it was still wiggling and squirming like a cut off lizard's tail... But even with that, Spade resumed to place the blades by Red's neck--- that was when Red, when he lowered his head, looked back at Spade inquiringly.
"urgh... that was nastiest thing I EVER had in my mouth... and let me tell ya, that's saying A LOT!"
"SHUDDAP YOU FUCKING MURDERER.... YOU KILLED SERIN AND I WILL TAKE YOUR LIFE FOR HIS!
"who the FUCK is Serin? urgh... *cough*
It was odd indeed, because Spade never once before this event connected Red Spyder to his younger brother- could it be that when Spade was spliced into halves that he also lost his memory and the balance restored it? And so, the next page unfolds as The Figure is helped up by The Dark Sincentius.....
"Huh... ? What the fuck?" the Figure said as Sincentius helped him back to his feet. "I think I just met... whoever is doing this to Serin."
"Oh? Do share," Sincentius said with a smile spreading across his face. The smile was easy to see in the glow of the growing forest fire.
"Well, I don't know who it was." the Figure said, trying to remember as many details as he could from the vision. "There was some kind of big battle going on. There was blood and body parts everywhere. That kid Spade was there too, at least I think it was Spade, except he wasn't a kid anymore. He accused this man of murdering Serin."
"Did you get a good look at the man in question at least?!" Sincentius asked with perhaps more excitement than he meant to express.
"No, not really," the Figure answered, shaking his head. "He wore some kind of mask. I think it was... made of skin."
"Hmmm! Another piece of the puzzle has fallen into place." Sincentius said, stroking his chin.
Without another word, Sincentius walked towards the last place they saw Serin, the origin of the fire, and walked into the tall flames, disappearing through them. Hesitantly, the Figure followed, having forgotten for only a moment that the flames would do him no harm as a visitor from another time and place.
Walking through the shallow stream, they realized that Serin had run even deeper into the woods, at least it seemed so. There was no sign of him or the demon.
Sincentius continued forward and having no better idea, the Figure followed. It wasn't long before they reached a building of some sort. It was large and dilapidated, long ago forgotten and left behind for the forest to slowly reclaim.
"Was this someone's house?" the Figure asked, scanning the front of the structure. Away from the brightness of the flames and too deep into the forest for the moonlight to have much effect, it was difficult to tell what its purpose once was.
"Not quite," Sincentius said. "It belongs to them, the Deaths, though you'd think they had no idea it was here. Then again, for the sake of what's about to unfold here, maybe that's for the best..."
The scene crossfades showing The Figure and The Dark Sincentius entering the dilapidated building- on the outside it was unclear what this place was but once the two ventured deeper in they saw that it was some kind of temple.... was this place exclusively for worshiping? and what exactly?
We then see Serin running pass The Figure and The Dark Sincentius-- and then he hides swiftly behind a large cauldron in the near back starring blankly in the darkness.
Before the Figure could reflect on the scene- he hears a growling sound coming from the back of him.... Once The Figure turns around he is now face-to-face with a horrific towering being-- but again, it was unclear that the being knew of The Figure's existence as the being brushes pass The Figure and looks for the small child...
Elsewhere, Spade and Eddie have just passed by the parts of the forest set ablaze.... they see the footprints of a small child and then, shockingly, much larger footprints of what appeared to be a beast right behind- you can see the pace in the prints as it gets closer to the child's prints....
**Eddie suddenly turns around and was about to walk the other way when Spade gets in-front of him and stops him by holding Eddie's shoulders!
"OH no... no you don't you're coming with me to get him!"
"Umm... no I am not! I am done playing games, those footprints look bad... Serin's YOUR little brother... not mine!!!"
**Spade shoves Eddie down to the burnt ground**
"Listen YOU... he's in this mess because of you.... be a man for once and own up!!!"
**Eddie get up and throws a rock at Spade's head, nearly missing him**
"YEH that's the thing, I AM A BOY!!! We need to leave this up to the grown ups... I don't care about being punished... I don't even like it here anyway... I NEVER WANTED TO BE HERE!!! YOU'RE NOT MY FAMILY!!!"
**The two children wrestle and then fight by rolling on the ground and trying to strangle each other at each turn.... Spade suddenly grabs a log as he was on top of Eddie and attempts to clobber Eddie's head in but suddenly, Eddie punches Spade in the guts sending him flying off- but not too long thereafter did Eddie grab the same log and was just about to finish the job when they both heard a loud scream coming off into the northern direction... Eddie is frightened and then he up and runs in the opposite direction, leaving Spade all there alone....
"FINE.... go bugger off you asshole!!!!"
And then, once again, The Figure falls to the ground with a massive headache... and another vision appears before him...
"This... is for my brother Serin you ASSHOLE!!!!"
Hra'Spyder was convulsing endlessly and in no shape or form to care about Spade's ramblings... and before long Hra'Spyder coughed and vomited out the remains of Hra'gad to the ground right beside a bewildered Lilith. With the monster beef and Hra'gad gone.... Red Spyder slowly materialized back, but, not exactly, entirely all back.....
**Spade and even Cadmus take a step back.... with a "WTF"!!!
Throughout the entirely of CreatureWrestling there has been bits and pieces of stories told to paint a picture whole- the Children of Sin has revealed to us so far the backstory of Eddie and the children of Death.... but now, we arrive at a point which reveals the motives we long yearned to realize.... The next phase of this story crossfades into view as The Figure rises from ground after another traumatic episode.... he stares at The Dark Sincentius whom was laughing all this time in wonderment over what has been happening to him and finally addresses the elephant in the room...
"..... you do know what these visions are. Am I... am I Eddie?"
**The Dark Sincentius in all of his omnipotence raises his chin and takes a deeper drag from his cigarette.... "Heh. And what gives you that idea? What allows you the right to a name at all I wonder?....
"Your abstract response to my question is all I needed to hear to confirm my suspicions that I am Eddie... makes sense... I mean, I am certainly at least one of these kids... and I am not Spade or Damien because, well, every time that Eddie has done something wrong I get these massive headaches.... but what I don't understand is the meaning behind the visions.... I am sure that you have some answer to those as well..... I also figured, that YOU are my employer... If I was eternally damned to repeat a hell as I was, why is it that YOUR existence put a pause to that?"
**Grinning more at each passing moment, The Dark Sincentius throws the butt aside and placed his right hand on The Figure's right shoulder. "Very good that your senses have come back to you, Eddie.... but the part you got wrong was that I am YOUR employer.... we both work for the same person.... when you find out who that is- I am sure you will find it fondly more interesting that if it was me."
Before the Figure could respond- Serin was hiding behind an old cauldron as a demonic entity was looking for him... Serin tried to remain silent and calm but he couldn't hold in his weeping-- that was all the demonic entity needed to find the child!!!! The demon tossed the large cauldron to the side revealing poor defenseless Serin...
????: FINALLY. I have you. YOU will be my ultimate sacrifice to fulfilling MY destiny....
Then at that moment, Spade came rushing into the temple and sees the demonic entity looming over his brother.... the future Eddie with The Dark Sincentius watching on were both silent at first- but the future Eddie tried desperately to make a dash over to Serin and knelled to the ground... The future Eddie did what he could to warn Serin to get out of there- but it was useless..... That was when The Dark Sincentius said "..... did you already forget? that what you are witnessing are just mere echoes of the past - you are just seated watching these events unfolding like a movie projection and nothing more... now stop embarrassing yourself to your employer and get back into line!"
The Future Eddie ignored Sincentius and continued to defy his command - there seemed to be a breakthrough when Serin got up slowly to escape, as his brother, Spade, confronted the demon...
"I am NOT afraid of YOU!!! YOU GET AWAY FROM MY BROTHER!!"
**The demon turned around and its face was shown from the faint light- the light's source came from the cracked ceiling radiating from the emerging sunlight....
"????: Ah. Spade of Death.... What a treat it is to finally meet you- Children of Destiny...."
Eddie of the future rose from the ground as his younger self went around him in hiding-- and walked forward but then he falls again in pain with another vision.
Spade Deathen and Cadmus watch in amazement as Red Spyder transformed into a hideous.... um... cross dressing somethingtheother.....
"WHAT? is there something on my beautiful face? So, milkshakes... ready for the Final Round!?"
It was at that moment that Lilith did the most unthinkable-- she allowed the goo that became of the remains of Hra'gad to enter her gaping love slit.... Cadmus turned swiftly around and saw what Lilith had done....it did not take long at all as her stomach bulged outward- alarming Cadmus to poke at Spade to do something... Lilith became pregnant!
