Castle Mortis

Castle Mortis. It was here, that many stories crossed in the universe of Creature Wrestling. The estate belonged to Mortismere but many people lived in the castle including his brother Kizmat. The Castle served as a central gathering place for creatures such as vampyres. At one point, the Castle was the official center of the unified Kindered Council untill Archbishop Councilor Seer? corrupted the system and nearly became emperor over all Kindered.

The Castle sits ontop of a huge hilltop overlooking the sea in France. Not many know of it's location- only a few including the Death Family and various kindered/creatures of the night. The grounds also contained a Cathedral which was seperate from the Castle itself.

No one knows for sure who built this place or when, but it was built ontop the ruins of an outcasted civilation that secretly worshiped Orgad for thousands of years. The Castle is so immense that it contained many secret places. One of these places was The Catacombs. This was the last remaining entrance to the civilation that lay beneath it. Further down from the Catacombs was the Citadel of Orgod which contained a giant Mana Tree?. The citadel and tree served as a time capsule for keeping the body of Queen Lilith? intact along with some of it's treasures such as the seeds of the tree.

The other secret to Castle Mortis was Mortismere's laboratory. This was called MortisTec and it was here that Mortis experimented and researched. The infamous Anexous experiment was conducted here as well as many storylines. Eventually, the lab was destroyed and closed up. There was a storyline much later where Viper and Poison infiltrated the lab on accident and found the remains of Anexous. Even in death, the body was godlike... and they removed the hand of Anexous and brought it back to the surface. The lab eventually self-destructed which blew out a portion of the hill behind the Castle's estate.

Recently, Castle Mortis has been completely taken over by Kizmat and he resided over the place with his own servants. However, Mortismere returned from his banishment and immediately took command over Castle Mortis- over riding his younger brother's authority.
