Poison

Poison gets up fixing to deliver a knee to Nexus's spine but he counters with a drop toe hold, Poison hits the mesh as blood splatters from her now busted open nose and mouth. She delivers a counter of her own and plants the heel of her boot right in Nexus's chest. Both participants lie on the steel mesh floor of the cage catching their breathe. Poison rolls over reaches out the entrance to the second level and grabs the ladder pulling it up to where they are. Nexus delivers a kick to the ladder ramming it into Poison's chest and causing her to fall back, nearly hitting the side of the cage. She could feel the hairs on the back of her neck stand up from the electricity pulling at them, she quickly moves toward the ladder just as Nexus enters the third and final level of the cage. Poison follows.

Nexus

*Nexus waited for Poison to reach the third chamber and planted his boot into her face with a big boot. He pulled the ladder up and set it up. He began to climb the ladder as Poison stirred again. She climbed the other side of the ladder. At the top of the ladder, Nexus had his fingers clasped over the title when all of a sudden, Poison speared Nexus over the ladder, knocking the two down. The title fell too, nobody's fingers to claim it. Frantically swining her arms, Poison grabs the title just as Nexus fell into the side of the cage, electricity coursing through him*

Poison

Nexus was lying pinned between the ladder and the steel cage. Sparks were flying everywhere. Two stage hands rush over to turn the electricity going to the cage off, but there were sparks coming from the box and they weren't able to get close to it. Suddenly Nexus's body burst into flames, Poison stands looking on in horror, Nexus begins to change from mortal to vamp and back again at a rapid rate, his screams become louder and louder, the fans are screaming thinking this is part of the show, little did they know this was Nexus's last one.

Finally the sparks subsided, two stage hands put the flames out. Where Nexus's body laid was now a charred skelton.

JR: My God King this is awful just awful. Nexus is gone, I can't believe it but Nexus is gone.

King: I-I-I don't know what to say JR. The CWE has lost one of it great's here tonight.

JR: Folks may we observe a moment of silence for Nexus, who gave it his all tonight, may he rest in peace and he will forever be a champion.
