Jack grits his teeth in anger at Overkill’s laugh as he watches this ultra powerful demonic enemy slowly edge closer to him with the katana held out in front. The sandstorm instantly dies down behind the Cold Man and Overkill jumps up and uses both of his enormous wings to push him forward with incredible speed. Overkill quickly reaches Jack, who quickly teleported out of the way, then reappeared on the same spot when Overkill flew past. Overkill drops to his feet then turns around to receive a flying knee to the face that sends him back a few feet. Jack is quick on his feet and even quicker in his attacks, connecting with combinations of straight rights and lefts to Overkill’s face to constantly force his powerful nemesis back, then when Overkill drops to one knee, Jack swings his foot from behind him and connects with a seemingly devastating roundhouse kick to the side of the head. Overkill’s head snaps to the left and Jack quickly backs off and waits for a response from Overkill, but Overkill snaps his head right back, gets onto his feet then much to Jack’s despair, a twisted smile spreads across his enemy’s face.

Jack lets out a cry of sheer anger due to the ineffectiveness of his attack, but as soon as he starts running towards Overkill, a blinding flash of white light stops him in his tracks and before Jack could realise what’s happened, he has his senses knocked back into him by Overkill who smashes Jack in the face with a big boot, knocking him straight onto the desert sands. A dazed Jack can only look up as Overkill stands over him, then while still sporting that sickening smile, teases Jack by slowly removing the katana from inside his jacket, making sure that Jack knows that he’s no match. But Jack refuses to stay down and kicks Overkill in the spine then yanks Overkill’s foot off his throat and spins away from Overkill as Overkill repeatedly thrusts down and misses with the katana. Overkill stabs into the sand one last time and Jack disappears from sight, giving him the time to escape from the Cold Man. But he has not lost Overkill as Overkill spots his outline in the distance then immediately dives into the sand. Jack continues to stand in the scorching desert, his desperate rage now becoming uncontrollable, you can see it in his eyes, his face and his body. The rage starting to overtake his mind...

<font size=5>…BUT JACK CAN DO NOTHING, NOT EVEN SENSE OVERKILL WHO BURSTS OUT FROM THE SANDS UNDERNEATH JACK AND SLASHES UP JACK’S BODY WITH THE POINT OF THE KATANA. JACK JUST FALLS BACKWARDS AND LANDS ON HIS BACK AS OVERKILL BACKFLIPS ONTO HIS FEET.</font>

Overkill stares down at Jack who just lies there unmoving whilst drops of his blood drip onto the sands of the desert. Jack is bleeding, but Overkill knows that Jack can fully regenerate in seconds so he holds the blade out, points it at Jack’s chest then quickly thrusts it down, but Jack again evades the blade by rolling away from it, then pushes himself up onto his feet, quickly pulls a diamond flowing blade from his pocket and throws it at Overkill, who simply blocks it with his sword then charges at Jack with the tip pointing at him. Jack does not move as Overkill pulls back then thrusts the blade forward but Jack quickly disappears then reappears on Overkill’s side and when Overkill swings the blade at his head, Jack ducks underneath it then thrusts both of his palms into Overkill’s body with such force that Overkill is sent flying back about five foot away. But Overkill uses his wings to keep himself balanced and drops on his feet. Overkill takes a wide and low stance with his katana held at shoulder level and pointing at Jack. Jack just stares at Overkill, his body shaking due to the sheer intensity of the rage that runs through his body and his mind. With the Cold Man looking to be unstoppable and his chance for revenge and another chance at life seeming so unachievable, Jack can only look at the Cold Man and in anger he screams…

Jack E Breaker: <font size=4>YOU ARE A BITCH!</font>

Overkill just tilts his head back and lets out a chilling laugh, finding Jack’s present state of mind absolutely hilarious. He then looks back and stares into Jack’s eyes and smiles again, looking to add more fuel to Jack’s fire. Jack looks down at the sand, spits out saliva then looks back up, then forces a smile at Overkill before bursting into a sprint in Overkill’s direction. Overkill responds by running at Jack with ungodly speed then throws a fist when in range but Jack disappears and Overkill hits nothing but air. But Overkill keeps running across the desert, then jumps up and dives head first into the sand, disappearing from sight. Hiding is the only thing Jack can really do now. Overkill has become much more powerful than him and the only way he can survive is by using his teleporting and his disappearing powers by keeping himself safe from harm, but he needs to destroy Overkill and the only way he can do this is by hitting and running so fast that Overkill cannot respond in time, but right now, Jack still remains puzzled by how he can destroy the Cold Man and that has him extremely frustrated...

Jack is unseen to the naked eye but buried beneath the sand Overkill can sense Jack vividly, Overkill leaps up through the sand and with a rising kick smashes Jack E Breaker in the face, this sends Jack spinning through the air as he becomes visible, Jack hit’s the sand hard and gets to his feet sweating under the intense heat from the sun and also the fact he has a dilemma in the form of Neo-Overkill. Jack picks himself up off the sandy floor below, he looks over to Overkill sho stands perfectly still his katana in his hand by his side glinting in the sunlight. Overkill moves the blade to reflect sunlight into Jack’s eyes, temporarily blinding him, Jack staggers backwards his vision a mess, he doesn’t even see Overkill leaping up into the air in front of him, Overkill holds that blade ready to slice through Breaker but Jack manages to teleport away. Overkill crashes down the blade simply parting a few grains of sand, Overkill snaps his head up and grabs something above him…

Jack E Breaker appears in Overkill’s grasp, Jack wrenches his arm free from Overkill’s grasp and delivers a kick to the face and uses Overkill’s chest to back flip off, Overkill takes a step backwards and Jack lands crouched and SPRINGS FORWARD WITH A SPEAR TAKING OVERKILL TO THE GROUND! Overkill manages to roll Jack off him as they scuffle on the desert sands, Jack is flung to his feet and leaps over to Overkill as he gets up, JACK HIT’S A QUICK MONKEY FLIP ON OVERKILL SENDING OVERKILL HURTLING THROUGH THE AIR!! Overkill goes tumbling down a mountainous sand dune, Jack lets out a wry smile as he can’t help but let his childish senses take over and slides down the dune himself poised ready to strike Overkill!

Overkill snaps his neck up to spot Jack following him, Overkill drives his katana into the sand slowing himself down, Overkill comes to a stop and watches as Jack gains speed coming towards him out of control. Overkill readies himself BUT JACK’S GOING SO FAST OVERKILL IS BOWLED OVER AND JACK TAKES OVERKILL DOWN AS BOTH MEN SLIDE DOWN THE SIDE OF THE DUNE! Overkill and Jack are brawling with each other as they spin out of control, Jack with a few punches to the face but Overkill retaliates with smashes to the side of Jack’s face with his wing, Overkill then encompasses both himself and Jack E Breaker with those two wings. They come to a stop on a plain of sand, Overkill opens his wings and has Jack by the leg, the wings beat and Overkill lifts up off the floor dangling Jack below him. Overkill looks to the skies and grins as he begins to advance towards the clouds, Jack tries to teleport but somehow Overkill’s not allowing him to, Overkill gets further and further up into the sky until Jack looks to see only clouds below him…

“Freeze Jack…”

Overkill and Jack are a few hundred feet above the clouds and Jack can feel the chill, not only from Overkill but from the height now, he knows Overkill’s going to have the upper hand here, so he pulls himself up using his body strength and punches Overkill in the gut, Overkill simply kicks Jack in the face and Jack falls back down to being upside down. Jack can now see his breath and he knows if this keeps up he will be no more, for all the super powers he has, he is still after all…human. He shakes and shivers as Overkill still has that maniacal look on his face, Jack looks down to see the clouds a way away, he strains his neck to see a dark blue, almost black colour fast approaching, Jack’s eye’s widen as the severity of his situation hits him, Jack wriggles and squirms and with one final push he lifts himself up and SMASHES OVERKILL IN THE RIBS!! OVERKILL RELEASES HIS HOLD ON JACK AND WITH ONE FINAL MOVE JACK UPPERCUTS OVERKILL SENDING THE BIG MAN SPIRALLING UPWARDS!! Jack realises he is drained mentally and is going to have to bide his time for any of his powers to be effective, he slumps into a freefall with the clouds now fast approaching, he crane his head back one final time to see Overkill a small dot above him.

The sheer air pressure against Jack’s face pulls at his hair and facial features, he plunges through the clouds and in those few moments Jack feels blissfully unaware of everything around him, the fight for his life, everything that has happened, in that moment of pure whiteness, Jack is content. He bursts through the clouds with the desert directly below, Jack looks around the vast expanse around but can see nothing else but desert, he heads towards the ground but something catches his eye something black on the ground and glinting up at him…Jack’s heart stops for a brief second as he realises that that thing is Neo-Overkill and there is no way he can stop him…

Overkill looks up as Jack speeds towards the ground and he stands holding that blade out ready to cut through Jack, thus destroying Breaker forever, but Overkill steps back and watches as Jack begins to slow down. Jack is trying with all his might to slow himself down but the ground is coming up fast, Jack closes his eyes and begins to shout out with anger, he comes to a stop and he opens his eyes, all he can se…IS WATER! Jack closes and opens his eyes again but he is stood in the middle of a vast ocean, he stands on the water like a messiah and looks around fro anything but he can see nothing...Jack looks all around but the sound of something leaping out of the water draws his attention, he spins around to see the ominous figure of Overkill reaches the peak of his emergence from the water, the two wings open up and slow down Overkill’s descent onto the water’s surface. OVERKILL SUDDENLY SPEEDS FORWARD JUST ABOVE THE WATER GOING DIRECTLY AT JACK E BREAKER, OVERKILL’S BODY SKIMMING THE WATER, HE IS ABOUT TO HIS JACK WHEN JACK LEAPS UP A FEW FEET AND COMES CRASHING DOWN ON OVERKILL’S BACK SENDING THE COLD MAN STRAIGHT DOWN UNDER THE WATER! Jack lands perfectly on top of the water stood watching as the water shows Overkill under the surface speeding along and doing a full circle under the water and headed straight back at Jack like a torpedo, Jack watches as Overkill nears and then just at the last second as Jack spots a hand emerge HE DISAPPEARS! Overkill dives up out of the water, his silver hair dripping wet as water simply drips from him to the ocean below, he watches waiting for Jack to re-emerge.

“Come out Jack, let’s finish this…”

Jack re-appears behind Overkill and delivers a GERMAN SUPLEX TO OVERKILL SENDING OVERKILL DOWN UNDERWATER ONCE MORE! Jack lifts himself away from the water’s surface to make sure he has a t least some warning of if Overkill’s attacking…

Jack lifts himself away from the water’s surface to make sure he has at least some warning of Overkill’s attacking. Jack doesn’t take his eyes off the dark abyss below as he continues to lift himself up, feeling, then seeing Overkill moving up through the water from the darkness then SHOOTING OUT INTO THE AIR AT JACK WITH THE KATANA AIMED UP BUT JACK DOES A JUMPING MOTION OUT OF THE WAY, FALLS FROM THE SKY AND TRIES TO LAND ON THE SURFACE OF THE WATER BUT HIS LEG DIPS IN TOO DEEP AND HE CRASHES INTO THE OCEAN. With only his head and his arms above the surface, Jack can only look up and watch Overkill hovering confidently ten feet above him as he points the katana down at Jack, then dive head first at him. Jack only has a split second to react and he tries to teleport, but he doesn’t go anywhere and <font size=4>WITH THE BLADE POINTING DOWNWARDS, OVERKILL CRASHES HARD INTO JACK AND THE SICK SOUND OF A SNAPPING BONE CAN BE HEARD AS BOTH MEN DISSAPEAR INTO THE OCEAN.</font>

There is nothing but still water and silence in the environment. It is calm, unnaturally calm and when the space on the point of impact starts to turn blood red, one can only assume that Overkill succeeded in doing major, maybe even fatal damage to Jack. The first figure to resurface is Overkill who bursts out of the water and hovers about three feet above the surface of the water. With a low altitude, his katana wielding arm dropped loosely down his side and a cocky smirk across his face, Overkill knows that he hit Jack and that he hit him so hard that he is either dead or no longer a threat. Overkill can still feel a faint presence but his senses, especially his sense of sight and smell has picked up blood, the colour, the smell and the substance of Jack’s blood that has now spread across the ocean like a virus, overwhelming the water and changing it into more of itself. Overkill still stares at the ocean, still feeling very confident about his position but his mindset is interrupted by a sharp crack. Overkill’s sadistic smile drops and his expression turns into stone as he looks to the right, then to the left, <font size=4>THEN A HAND SHOOTS FROM THE BLOOD WATER, GRABS HOLD OF OVERKILL’S ANKLE AND PULLS HIM DOWN UNDERNEATH THE SURFACE.</font>

Overkill kicks and struggles wildly as he is pulled deeper into the ocean of blood. He can only kick and hope that the grip breaks free, the colour of red has no transparency and Overkill’s senses are completely overwhelmed by the blood that he’s submerged in, the blood that is drowning him. He knows that his blade has been separated from him but he is helpless and this helplessness is amplified when he feels the grip on his wrist start to crawl its way up his leg. Overkill cannot prevent it, cannot stop it, the fluid is way too thick to move anything with speed. Overkill may be a formidable force with unimaginable powers, but right now he is prey to this hand. He can feel the fingers moving up his stomach, up his chest, then onto his adams apple where it wraps itself around his neck and squeezes with such force that all the muscles in Overkill’s neck spasms violently and he almost instantly blacks out. His unconscious body is dragged with increasing speed down the blood abyss. His head, legs and his back is arched backwards like an inverted crab, until the colour of blood turns to black and the next thing you hear is a thud…

As soon as he regains consciousness, Overkill immediately brings himself up onto his hands and knees, and then reaches for the katana inside of his coat and swipes it horizontally in front of him. He then opens his eyes and swings around one eighty degrees as he gets back on his feet and holds the katana in front of him. Only after performing this motion, he starts to realise his surroundings. A single room, square shaped, without a door or a window, with plain grey walls and he looks up to see a glass ceiling with a plain light bulb in the centre of the space behind it. He looks down, and he sees the exact same thing on the floor. Overkill’s senses alarm him, he can feel Jack’s presence as strong as ever so he attempts to extend his wings, but the room is so small that they can’t even fully extend. Overkill’s cheeks rise slightly as he grits his teeth, an expression of rage is painted across his face. It is confinement in the extreme; the room is dominated by complete silence and the strong presence of Jack E Breaker is so overpowering that Overkill flies into a rage and smashes his fist against the wall, only to have the walls somehow lift off the ground and mould themselves around Overkill’s body.

The walls only lifted half a centimetre from the floor yet natural light beamed through the crack before the room turned into Overkill’s pitch-black tomb. Overkill can’t move any part of his body; he can’t even turn his head or lift a finger and when all of his teleportation attempts fail. Because of all this and the unbearable feeling of helplessness that is inflicted upon him, Overkill screams out in raw anger with a low-pitched roar that only echoes in the tomb. Overkill knows that there is something out beyond there, that Jack is probably on the outside of his tomb. Suddenly, a piece of the coffin is removed from in front of him, just a small slit in line with his eyesight so he can see right in front of him and nowhere else. A blinding white light pierces into Overkill’s eyes, forcing him to shut them but the burning pain doesn’t fade. Overkill can only shut his eyes and wait for something to change. And it does. The burning sensation that tortures his eyes fades and when Overkill opens them, he sees just two eyes staring at him. Two eyes that are not human eyes but the colour of a misty white with a sky blue tint. They are the eyes of his enemy and the enemy is staring right into his eyes.

Overkill: jack…but…how…

Jack E Breaker: Surprise…asshole…

Overkill watches with nothing on his mind, completely stunned by the recent events as the misty eyes of Jack just stare at him. How could this happen? Is this another of Jack’s powers? It can’t be, their disposition of their presence verified that Overkill was WAY more powerful than Jack at the time and the feeling of Jack’s presence is still very faint, despite Overkill being helpless and Jack being only a few inches away. It just didn’t make sense. Jack’s eyes seem to be getting further and further away from Overkill but still, no light shines through. Overkill tenses all of the muscles in his body and tries to spread his arms and legs to try and break free of this coffin. But despite all the power that Overkill has, nothing moves and the only event that happens is a large sound of bone cracking. Overkill waits and watches through the slit, as Jack’s eyes fade from view and is replaced by the tip of a thin piece of metal, the tip of a sword…
