Hi void!

Well I got a moment to jot down my thoughts- the month went super fast. No kidding teaching is a challenge— takes up a lot of time- it is one of the highest most demanding jobs on Earth….

Well what about things with the eFed? Well- like the past few years after reopening— when I get back to my job it’s hard to do anything with CWE. However, I joined another eFed last year as an attempt to understand the “outside world” — that status quo since last year. I am still in that eFed- and I learned a lot. I have been able to maintain some amount of consistency with storytelling and have it here as well. Which is great because it’s kinda like spin offs or side adventures for my characters and in a sense a way to bring life here.

So that’s really it. At present I am working on a story about Hell Cat and here influences.

Now let’s be honest- like I pointed out years ago- “darkside” eFeds (well- the initial idea at least where we had a community of COTNs playing this) are dead and have been dead in imho even before 2005. I saw the numbers of new players dwindle long before GameTalk - especially on CCW. The possible only reason why CWE even had momentum circa 2003-4 was because of GameTalk peoples finding us out and swarmed the eFed. What my co-called competitors failed to understand was you just couldn’t replicate my eFed and expect the same results. And- since they never had the talent in the first place to be innovative- when I saw the landscape change in the world: I adapted. They however could not adapt- and so, SURPRISE. Whose eFed is still alive?

“Darkside” eFeds are defined differently than it started out.

People nowadays don’t seem to find it interesting to have anything outside of realism and the status-quo. So yes that is a dire statement but it’s the truth that even Diper would probably ever admit to her sheeple.

CWE is a different type of eFed… and I am strategic in figuring out a way to continue in some way. And on that note this is a highly successful project— if you change your mindset and build a system you can run an eFed like this one with even no one.

But yes- CWE will be seeing its next main storyline continuation come December. But I will share that because I don’t have to do any scholarly work around Thanksgiving break I might actually be able to do something even before December break!! Let’s hope! Until then, void- signing off!
