Thanksgiving Break and Christmas Break Plans.

The plans that I have in my mind for when I get a sliver of free time during Thanksgiving and Christmas are these:

1) Revisiting the game rules and core functionality of the e-fed. I am pretty set in stone that CWE is more classified as a 'solo' hybrid e-fed. What it means is that, by default, the e-Fed produces main storylines at specific points throughout the year, aligned with my real-life schedule and availability. Events are used in conjunction with the main storyline to help shape the storytelling and create suspense. But this does not mean the e-Fed is stopping potential services for future players — what I need to do is sit down and hammer out how to establish a connection with Discord and the e-Fed. Such as incorporating alternative ways for others to submit their stories via a Google Form that simultaneously posts to Discord. These ideas, I admit, come from my exposure to SHOOT and other eFeds. Although some of their approaches I will integrate- I am not removing the message board- it will be perceived as an option for how one posts content.

So what I envision (likely this will be next summer) is a revamp of the website: make it clear with a button that allows submitting content without using a message board to be included in (segments) for television (MAD) and pay-per-views. The players will have the option to either match write (traditional way), submit a WWE 2K fight to us (I can do this too — but the problem is time), or request an AI to generate a match written up with a random win.

2) The actual main storyline: continuing where we left off with Darkspade summoning his daughter and what becomes of The Employer.

The actual timeframes are subjective. Thanksgiving: I am likely not investing as much in match writing, but rather in putting effort into the website and graphics leading into Christmas. Now, during Christmas break, I will focus on the main storyline. Then, when Summer hits, is when I can a) work further on the main storyline; b) work on CreatureMania XVII, and c) work on the website and craft rules and functions that I proposed.

In the meantime, if you have not noticed — to whoever, if any, reads this, haha — I have invested my time in at least one e-fed outside of CreatureWrestling for my own character development with "Darkspade." I am also learning more about the community to see what I can do here to help CWE. But ultimately, it is highly likely that, if that happens, CWE will forever be a "Solo-laid-back" eFed with a small group of supporters.
