Promoter: The highest official rank in the E-Fed. The promoter oversees the entire operation of the E-Fed and has booking, event, title and storyline/pushing powers. The Promoter also regulates/enforces and manages the board's operation including what is and what isn't acceptable behavior. The Promoter also controls warnings and bans. Lastly, the Promoter is also the Head Booker (manages/schedules the events), Editor-in-chief and can control who is an official both in-game and out.

The Promoter position was always treated as the overseeing official. It was the same as any other position made in an e-fed with the owner(s) often called "E-Fed Head." The Promoter was played as an in-game and an out-of-game official. To differentiate between when the Promoter was playing in-game, the Promoter would just use the word "The Promoter" (later this was replaced by the character name "Alexander Arcane"). When the Promoter acted as an actual official the word "CWF or CWE Promoter" (later only "Promoter") was used.
There was a misconception that the Promoter operated on his own. There was always other officials and official levels.
The Promoter position was at sometimes belittled/misunderstood by other officials especially with the fine line between in-game and out-of-game officials came into the equation. But above all else, the Promoter was the only one that had the final say-so in the e-fed. At the height of the e-fed, the Promoter managed/conducted/and operated the e-fed with amazing fun events, effective title rotations and tournaments that has never been outdone by any other cotn e-fed head.
